From audit to operation
Audit & feasibility studies
Technical audit and performance assessment of existing water treatment plants, source-water analysis and feasibility studies for new installations.
Detailed plant engineering
Individual process design based on source-water analysis and product requirements: flow sheet, mass balance and the optimal equipment package for each case.
Detailed design of RO & UF systems
Individual detailed design and specification of reverse-osmosis units and ultrafiltration systems, including pretreatment — disc filters, clarifiers, settlers.
Reconstruction of existing plants
Reconstruction of water treatment plants that makes maximum use of existing equipment and civil structures, minimizing capital cost.
Equipment supply & assembly
Sourcing and supply of process equipment, with supervision of assembly and installation on site.
Start-up & commissioning
Start-up and commissioning of water treatment equipment, including control-system configuration and process automation.
Operation & maintenance
Ongoing operation and maintenance support to keep plants running at design performance.
Turn-key, on-site delivery
Detailed design and specification, choice of available and affordable components, assembly supervision and commissioning — all work can be carried out on site, without an additional engineering team, and without buying an expensive standard unit from a third party.
Membrane treatment, matched to your water
Ultrafiltration
A physical barrier that removes suspended solids, colloids, bacteria and viruses without chemical disinfectants. Performance stays independent of feed-water quality swings — unlike conventional sand filtration — and the compact, block-modular design needs no lifting equipment.
Reverse Osmosis
High-pressure membrane separation that removes dissolved salts and hardness from the ultrafiltrate. Configured as single- or two-stage systems for drinking water, boiler-water demineralization and seawater desalination, with pressure-exchanger energy recovery on larger plants.
Ultrafiltration vs. conventional filtration
| Parameter | Ultrafiltration | Sand filters |
|---|---|---|
| Particle size removed | Larger than 0.02 µm — retains colloids | Up to 50 µm — does not retain colloids |
| Bacteria & viruses | Removed by the membrane | Not removed — heavier chlorine dosing needed |
| Filtrate quality vs. feed variability | Independent of feed-water changes | Degrades when feed-water quality drops |
| Design | Compact, block-modular, no lifting equipment | Bulky, needs lifting gear, periodic media replacement |
